By accessing or using devparser ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including employers, recruiters, and candidates.
devparser provides an AI-powered technical assessment platform that enables:
3.1 Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3.3 One Account Per Person: Each user account must be used by a single individual. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
4.1 Pricing: Our pricing tiers and features are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
4.2 Free Trial: New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using paid features.
4.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
4.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to:
6.1 Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by devparser and protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of coding tasks and assessment content you create. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.
6.3 Candidate Submissions: Code submitted by candidates remains their intellectual property, subject to any agreements between you and the candidate.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate coding tasks, provide evaluations, and detect AI-generated code. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content and evaluations should be reviewed by humans before making hiring decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.1 Service Availability: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9.2 No Employment Advice: The Service provides tools for technical assessment only. It does not constitute employment, legal, or professional advice.
9.3 Third-Party Integrations: We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services integrated with our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, devparser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless devparser and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
